- interviewed when Aidells owned company and it was very informal. Literally met at Costco where work would take place
- Not aware of current interview process but at the end of my time there they were hiring terrible candidates

The interview took about 10 minutes, it was pretty boilerplate for a minimum wage gig. The interviewer basically just laid out the specific details of the job and then we had a quick chat

One of their recruiters reached out to me to schedule a phone interview and told me the only available spots they had were super early in the morning. I woke up early and the interviewer canceled the interview on me last minute at the last minute. This happened with them twice. Very inconsiderate.

I applied on Indeed, selected a day and time to do a phone interview, and it wasn't really an interview. It was more just the person on the phone telling me about the position and asking if I was still interested. When I said that I was, I was emailed a hire letter and paperwork to fill out.
