All my interviews were by phone. I have yet to meet my supervisor in person. I don't recall the questions but if your experience in sales and service it is a piece of Cake. The main thing is your have to be able to show that you can build relationships with people easily.

Phone interview with a recruiter and if they feel you are qualified for the position they then schedule either another phone or zoom interview, sometimes you even meet with the regional manager and then you wait and either they will call with an offer, or you’ll get the rejection email.

Easy going simple questions. Asking for times when you reacted in a certain way to handle something. General generic interview questions. First it was a phone interview and then there was a 1:1 interview where we met up in an Albertsons. She should me some of the product they did around the store and explained a little about the company.

Entretien
The on-boarding process was fairly simple. Talked with the supervisor and then a recruiter by phone. Questions pertained to knowledge of the industry I would be working in. Fairly easy interview and received an offer in a week.
