I found the job posting on craigslist and send in an application. A few days later I received an email asking me to take an assessment test online. The test was mostly personality based, although the last, timed, half is devoted to logic questions. A couple of days after taking the test initially I was asked to take a proctored version of the test to verify that I didn't have anyone helping me. From there, I was invited to the office to do face-to-face interviews with 3 different people that lasted about 30 to 45 minutes each, culminating in an interview with the director of the current project. The recruiter kept in touch with me and a couple of months after the initial interview I was asked to take a separate assessment focused on inter-office politics/relations which ended up being the last part of the process.

I applied based on a referral and received an online IQ test a couple of days later along with some personality questions. I was then invited to set up a phone interview with a hiring manager. The person I spoke to was friendly and the interview went well from my perspective. At the end she started talking about going forward to tour the facility, meet with manager, and pay options, which while low, were fair for entry level imo. Then she told me I'll hear from them in 5 days. Fast forward to 10 days later, I still haven't heard anything. So, I email the person I had interviewed with to see how it was coming along. A few hours letter I receive a cookie cutter letter informing me that the position had gone to another candidate. I don't understand how it took them a full 5, let alone 10 days to decide that or to notify me, and ultimately, I came out of this experience thinking what an absolute waste of time this was. Apply to another company that actually understands the significance of timetables.

I applied through my campus job site. About a week later I got an e-mail with an assessment test attached. It was a simple IQ/Vocab test. The questions aren't hard just make sure to judge your time. Questions got harder as the test went on. I got the first 40 right and guessed on the last 10 and I passed. The next day I got an e-mail to set up a 10-15 minute phone interview. They asked about a project I did and what language I used on it. They also asked "Why do you want to work at Accurent?" which turned out the be a more difficult question. The mentioned how payment for the position started in the mid 40s, which sounded low even for the Midwest. The next day I got an e-mail saying that I was no longer in consideration. If you want to work here, make sure you know why.

I was contacted via phone after an online assessment (Personality & Skill-based) and invited to come and interview with one of the Software Managers on site.
When I arrived I took the skill portion of the online assessment again, then sat down for a 20 minute interview with the manager. We went over personality questions, work history, hypothicals, and some technical know-how
