Talk about past projects and computer experience. Answer computer related questions and work through situations. Take a personality test and IQ test. Interviews were 1-on-1 with managers who have computer experience. They were all very nice and friendly and weren't too difficult or looking to trap you with complicated questions.

    After I applied, I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was not technical, but rather a 'get to know you' type conversation. As long as you've done some research on the position/company and are professional, the interview is easy.

    First they sent me a test that was about 50 questions, kind of like an IQ test, and with another portion that was personality based.
    Originally applied as a QA Associate, after a quick phone screen with recruiter they asked if I had development experience and interest in a developer role.
    After answering yes to the above, they asked me a a few basic questions about object oriented concepts, really simple stuff like what's an object.
    Set up a remote interview with 3 hiring managers: 2 Development Manager and 1 Director of Engineering, each one lasting about an hour.

    After submitting my application online, I quickly received an email from the recruiter with links to the online assessments (personality and IQ). After completing those, I received an invitation to do the assessment again in-person (only IQ this time). I had a phone interview with a senior manager the next week, and then a week after that, I had an in-person interview with another senior manager and a principal engineer. A few weeks later, I receiver my offer. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and the recruiter with whom I worked, Danielle, was great. Even though it was a pretty long process, I appreciated her efforts to keep me informed along the way.

    I applied through my campus job site. About a week later I got an e-mail with an assessment test attached. It was a simple IQ/Vocab test. The questions aren't hard just make sure to judge your time. Questions got harder as the test went on. I got the first 40 right and guessed on the last 10 and I passed. The next day I got an e-mail to set up a 10-15 minute phone interview. They asked about a project I did and what language I used on it. They also asked "Why do you want to work at Accurent?" which turned out the be a more difficult question. The mentioned how payment for the position started in the mid 40s, which sounded low even for the Midwest. The next day I got an e-mail saying that I was no longer in consideration. If you want to work here, make sure you know why.

    I was contacted via phone after an online assessment (Personality & Skill-based) and invited to come and interview with one of the Software Managers on site.

    When I arrived I took the skill portion of the online assessment again, then sat down for a 20 minute interview with the manager. We went over personality questions, work history, hypothicals, and some technical know-how

    Applied online. Received an email with a link to an aptitude and personality test. If you pass the test they do a quick phone interview with a recruiter, then they invite you to take an observed test. Usually this one happens in office, but I did it at the distance learning center of my local University since I wasn't in Austin. Then a video conference interview with 3 people in a row. 2 dev managers and a director of engineering.

    Mostly behavioral interview questions, some basic questions about Object Oriented Programming principles.

    If you pass the assessment test, you will have to re take the test on site to prove you didn't cheat. If you are sneaky you can use a calculator. After you pass that, you will have a few interviews with managers. Questions are all behavioral, no technical questions whatsoever. Really easy interview. Just act like you want to work there and you will get hired.

    After sending in a resume and cover letter, I got an email asking me to take a personality and critical thinking test. Both were fairly standard. Afterwards, depending on the results of the test, you get a phone interview with a member of their HR staff. They will ask general questions about your coursework and work experience and then set you up to take the critical thinking test again with a proctor.

    After, you may get asked to interview with department staff. The questions they will ask are similar to the phone interview questions but more in-depth. They will likely ask about programming concepts, behavioral questions (teamwork, hypotheticals) and your college experience. It was a good and challenging interview. I messed up a few questions but I still got an offer.
