I declined the one way video interview so did not advance to an in-person interview. During covid, I could understand that step. As a screening tool, it's insulting to the candidate and encourages bias.

Role play with potential Co-Worker - I was the bank employee and was in an application process with a client looking for a loan. I was provided with some background 'mini-case' information to prepare in advance that was the basis of the role-play.

Applied online and got a respond after a few days and was told of the process of a phone interview, in person and all the names of the people involved along with their poistions. Was impressed with the attention to detail.
