1. a Phone interview asking screening questions - 5-6 weeks after the resume submission
2. a conversational interview that looks to be screening for fit this was done with the supervisor
3. a interview with other team members that focused on the content of the job
4. Interview with the Director
I found the process unprofessional in that in the interview with the managing director he started throwing my potential supervisor under the bus by saying she was not doing her job and that he wanted a different set of skill sets.
You will read a lot about ATBs culture but at the end of the day it is just like every other organization and in my case my impression is that the hiring process came off as unprofessional.
I am sure its not like that across the organization I hope not....that was my experience.
