I had both phone and in-person interviews. They asked good, thought-provoking questions - but nothing that stumped me. And the questions were very geared towards the key responsibilities of the position. They weren't behavior type questions. I thought that everyone was very professional and personable - so I was happy when they extended the offer. I would work for them again in a heartbeat!

-Llamadas telefonicas y meetings online con HR y personas del equipo. Explicación de mi portfolio. La primer llamada con HR para abrir la propuesta, luego una meeting con el Manager para ponderar capacidad tecnica y luego una entrevista con alguien mas del equipo.

Very organized process. They keep me updated the whole time. Very nice way to treat the candidates. I like the way they manage the process and the emails with constant feedback.
Tough, rigorous. I didn't know what to expect. 3 weeks later I get the call mentioning that I had got the job. I was happy to hear it. A month later I was hired
