Pro: We get Maple service for the employees and their family.... amazing. Con: We start with 3 weeks of vacation and it take 10 years to get to 4 weeks. Industry is moving to 4 and 5 weeks.
Benefits are employer paid except for LTD with a large amount of coverage. It is overall a great package.
LTD is premium is too high, employee contribution for LTD and benefits are not 100% covered

ADP offers a very competitive and comprehensive benefits plan. Coverage is excellent for single or family plans. The work/life balance flexibility helps offset the annual vacation allotment provided.
