The best thing is the Short Term Disability leading to LTD. STD is paid at 100% for nearly 5 months, followed by 70% on LTD for longer than that. I used these benefits for over a year

Good benefits, RRSP matching, workperks. They had a masseuse come in the other day and give massages in the office. It is lovely so far.
Have to wait 10 years to get an extra week vacation but you start with 3 weeks , no PTO days, just 5 sick days, benefits are predetermined BUT that is changing in 2020
