J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez ADP (Fort Lauderdale, FL) en févr. 2024
Entretien
First round was with a Recruiter. Went very well. Super sweet lady.
Second round was with the hiring manager. Did not go so well. Told me my degree was irrelevant to Sales. Keep in mind, the job description said it DOES NOT REQUIRE A DEGREE. Then told me it was "hard position" Okay...my last job was hard and I was still ranked #2 in my office. I got the feeling he already had someone in mind before we even started since he said he wanted to "not take too much time with this." Before we even started. I think I dodged a bullet to be honest here.

Process included a phone screen with the recruiter, an interview with the VP of sales, a top performing employee interview and finally a manager panel with a sales role play scenario and behavioral questions.

Question 1
They asked me to walk through a sales role play where I was an ADP rep pitching payroll services to a small bagel shop referred by an existing client.
Do not recommend, had to go in the field shadowing someone for a full work day, get back to the office at 4:30, do an interview with a rude manager that seemed like they did not want to be there.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ADP (Atlanta, GA) en sept. 2025

Phone interview -> Interview with VP of Sales -> Multiple in-person interviews with two separate panels of Sales Executives.
The team was great, responsive, and a fresh of breath air.
