We got on a 20-minute phone call, they were asking very simple questions like how do you solve conflict, what the most. important parts of communication, etc. They told me they would get back to me within a week about next steps, however, 3 weeks later, when I got no response, I reached out and they were basically like, "Oh sorry, but yeah we picked someone else".
