Was contacted by a recruiter on linked in and scheduled an interview for the next week. One 1hr interview via video conference. 30 minutes of behavioral, 30 min of technical with 2 different interviewers

The process was well-structured and moved quickly through 3 distinct stages. Around 50 students were initially shortlisted. Round 1 (Technical): Very project-focused. Since my resume was project-heavy, the interviewer dug deep into my previous work, architecture choices, and implementation. At the very end, the focus shifted to core DSA, specifically searching and sorting algorithms. 15 students cleared this round. Round 2 (Managerial / Senior Managerial): This round was much more rigorous regarding specific ecosystem depth. The Senior Manager expected deep, granular knowledge of a specific language/framework ecosystem (in my case, Java and its various frameworks). I struggled a bit here as the questions required highly specialized framework knowledge rather than just general concepts. Only 6 students moved past this stage, and ultimately 4 received the final offer. Round 3 (HR): Final standard behavioral check. Advice to Management / Interviewers The interviewers and the Senior Manager were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Even when I fumbled on the advanced framework questions, the feedback was constructive and helpful. Keep up the transparent and supportive candidate experience!
