Applied on LinkedIn. Recruiter reached out to set up a 30 min phone screen, then interviewed with VP of Sales. Was told I wouldn’t be moving forward to the final round days later. They analyze you pretty hard to find out if you’re a culture fit.

“Why should I hire you over someone that has more experience than you”
Really smooth process and everyone was really helpful on laying out a timeline for it. Not too difficult at all and pretty average questions. The people I dealt with were great overall.
Initial call with the recruiter, then intro call with Vice President, then pannel interview with hiring managers, after that the last step is a role play with hiring managers/Vice President
Went smoothly the recruiter was very helpful in laying out the interview process. three rounds of interviews first screening with recruiter then zoom with hiring manager then onto shadowing/role play for final interview
