Entretien
1. Recruit contacted to me via linkedin email and then requested a phone call.
2. Met HR for 1:1 for 1 hour. Went through my CV in detail. They asked what I consider important in a work position..I mentioned potential room for growth, family friendly and life work balance. They replied I had come to the right place! Open and candid interview.
3. Meet Dept Manager for 1:1 for 1 hour. They explained the job responsibilities in a lot of detail. And we had a good interaction using a whiteboard to communicate which was a refreshing experience as the business is very complex so a visual was very helpful to see their big picture.

Entretien
The Right Thing Inc. contacted me from my resume posted online. There were three total interviews conducted and I was told I would be personally contacted by the main contact regardless if I was to receive an offer for the position. There was no call, just a generic email sent two weeks later. After reading the reviews from previous employees I am happy an offer was not made. Nothing was lost and for a staffing company, the interviews need to learn to talk less and let the interviewee talk more.
