First I applied online, and honestly I was applying all over the place at the time and was surprised when a recruiter called me and asked to schedule a phone interview. I said yes and we spoke again at the appointed time, he asked me some background questions, got clarification on some of the points of my resume and said that based on the conversation he wanted to schdule a group interview. About a week later I met with some management at ADP and the interview lasted about and hour. They asked technical questions, situational questions and a few others. It was about a week later when the recruiter who interviewed me on the phone called with and offer and I accepted. Hands down the best interview/job finding process I've ever experienced.
