Spoke on the phone with a University recruiter based in Boston for this oppurtunity which was in PA. Inital phone interview went well and he promised that he would keep me in the loop during the entire process and asked that I do the same. Next, another phone interview was setup- this time with someone at the PA branch. That interview was a joke- every question I asked she answered with "hmmm... I don't know" or "I'll have to research that." Both calls were from private numbers and the university recruiter told me they don't like to give out their phone numbers but any and all emails would be responded to right away. I emailed and emailed the recruiter about the status of the hiring process and never got a response. No offer but no decline. Pretty sad that ADP, known for being a 3rd party human resource department had such horrible interviewing and hiring practices. I come to find out at the end of the summer that the intern they did hire actually ruined the whole sharepoint system for that branch and his entire summer project was a complete failure. Hahaha serves them right!
