I am in the middle of the interview process with ADP. The position is Payroll Service Representative. I had an initial interview through a recruiter, that was very basic. I then completed an online assessment. The assessment was mostly behavioral/situation based questioning. There was a portion of basic calculations and problem solving. I applied through the school portal. The interview process took 15 days. It was so disrespectful of the recruiter not to return after a follow-up. I suggest that ADP have the policy to inform candidates about their interview status. You are hiring to look for the best. Others take time interviewing with you, but no response?
