Direct face to face interview as I was an experienced candidate. They made me waiting for 3hrs for an 15 minutes interview. Please value time of candidates.
Rather than having good knowledge on things, they want to dig into unwanted complexities of technology and expecting some predefined answer.
Please evaluate a candidate how he is approaching a problem rather than asking some wh questions.
