I was contacted after completing an online application by a recruiter. I was asked about my previous experience and then asked to take a test and upon receiving the results I would be contacted about a face to face interview. The face to face interview was a series of questions asked by two managers and then a team lead came into the office and gave me an overall description of the job requirements, the culture and expectations.
