I first met with the hiring managers, they were very direct and asked about the technical experience. I was then introduced to the VP and had a very open and honest two-way discussion and feedback.

No follow ups at all. Wasted people's time. I don't like the Jai process - unprofessional. They look at your resume then poof, they think they're too good. Would be nice since they promote transparency that they let candidates know they're not selected. "

Reached out via email to schedule phone screening with recruiter, after interview with recruiter another email to schedule 2 interviews with manager & associate that currently held the role. Interviews went well, standard questions assessing skills & knowledge.

Typical HR phone interview first followed up by in person interview on site with 3 managers. Questions were somewhat repetitive between the 3 different people. The HR associate was very kind even though I declined the offer.
