I had 4 interviews before I got the job offer because I didn't pass the interview for other business unit. They had me interviewed for other BUs until I was referred to where I was most fit.

Give a situation where you handled a difficult problem with a customer and how did you resolve it.

Entretien
The process had four rounds in total. Starting with a test based on excel proficiency, quant (basics), language. Finance are asked followed by GD round, PI round and HR round. The level is easy to medium.
4 rounds of interviews, not very structured interview questions, interview style varied from interviewer to interviewer, overall smooth process, but recruiter is the only constant touch point throughout the process

Entretien
Met first with the hiring manager then Director and lastly VP. It was virtual and a pleasant process. Interviews were set up on different days to accommodate schedules. Discussed the standard - my experience - the role and requirements.
