      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ADP (Maitland, FL) en juin 2016

      Entretien

The whole process was a nightmare. I was interviewed over the phone for about 45 mins. I was then invited to an in-person interview in Maitland, FL (I live in NYC). I had to make travel arrangements (airfare, hotel, car rental) in less than a week (which I did not mind because I felt very confident in my qualifications, and because they had considered me even when I was out of state). In Maitland, I met with: the recruiter (briefly), and two managers (a woman and a man). When I met with the managers, they seemed very un-engaged (nodding their heads like robots), and one of them was somewhat sarcastic (the man). I was asked the typical interview questions, which I answered. I met with the managers for about 45 mins. After the interview, the woman escorted me out of the office and thanked me for coming in. After two days, I received the dreaded "thank you for your time, but you're no longer being considered for this position" email. I followed up the email with an email seeking feedback, but also letting them know that they needed to best weed out their candidates (specially when the candidates were from out of state like me... it could save us money and time -- travel arrangements). I never received a response from them in regards to my email.
