Gone through a interview process with lengthy discussion on a few business cases and their existing problems, and I'm able to answer most of them and proposing some of the solutions/ methodology. However, soon after, I'm being told that I'm declined the offer as they prefer another candidate. However, I can still see the job openings being posted & reposted in various different platforms. They just want to use the opportunity to get free ideas & solutions to solve their existing problems, from the potential candidates.
