It was the worst interview process of my life. At first it went well as we moved from 1st 2nd and 3rd interview in a matter of 2 weeks. Then they made an verbal offer and I accepted but said that there is a freeze which is normally lifted after Q1 so we will have to wait till end of Q1 to do formal documents. Q1 ended and no sound or documents. So I followed up and then they said freeze hadn't lifted and they are still seeking approval for the role. So they have been interviewing without approval the whole time and making offers without approval. Then they tell you maybe you should look for another role as they are not sure when they can do the formal offer. What a waste of time, energy and effort.
Same as a normal job interview, questions asked about work experience and skills. They ask competence based questions about your career experience. Formal process. No trick questions. Friendly interviewer and approachable.

Received email wanting to interview direct from hiring manager after 3 days of application. I scheduled an interview using their calendar link. The overall process was easy. I only made i through the first round

I applied through third party, the process was fast, I got invited for the interview immediately. During the interview process, the interview asked about my previous emplyment and current employment. The interviewer also very friendly and helpful, they explain in details about the job.
