After an internal recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, I applied and then got asked to do a video interview w the design team. After that, I got moved forward to a phone interview with two higher ups. Then, they flew me out to HQ for a full afternoon of interviews as well as a design assignment to be completed on site and presented to the interviewers.
