The interview process at 3M generally begins with an online application where candidates submit their resume and cover letter through the company’s careers portal. If shortlisted, candidates are contacted for an initial HR screening, which typically involves a phone or video call to discuss the candidate's background, interests, and alignment with the company culture and role. Next, selected candidates move on to a technical or functional interview, where they are assessed on their domain knowledge, skills, and experience relevant to the role. The interview process was actually very simple. I only went thru 2 interviews before getting the job. The only problem might be the time it takes before they ask you for a follow-up interview after the first one.
