First thing recuiters ask is what is your salary expectation beacuse "if it exceeds their bugget, they will be able to keep with the process". Then you'd have a presence interview and phone interview with the local and U.S managers. My thumb-down is because, even the interview did go well, and I did accept the offer recruiters mis-handled my offer and they call me 1 week later to notify that the decided "to keep going with an internal worker instead of me" since the ass-ume that I did not accept the offer.
