I attended a campus fast-track day which consisted of psychometric testing and then if successful an interview on the same day.
After passing the interview I was invited to an assessment day. There we had to complete a group task, further psychometric testing, an individual interview with two interviewers and a presentation. All in all it was an enjoyable day and I took a lot from the experience!
Same as a normal job interview, questions asked about work experience and skills. They ask competence based questions about your career experience. Formal process. No trick questions. Friendly interviewer and approachable.

I applied through third party, the process was fast, I got invited for the interview immediately. During the interview process, the interview asked about my previous emplyment and current employment. The interviewer also very friendly and helpful, they explain in details about the job.
