      Good Training.. Stepping-stone to better opportunities

      Inconvénients

      No yearly salary increase, What you get at the start is what you will have when you leave. HMO is Co-pay, meaning, you have to pay for check-ups and hospitalizations even though you have medical insurance. No employment security, people come and go almost every day

      Avantages

      Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

      Inconvénients

      Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

      Avantages

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Inconvénients

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
