Avantages

I learned long time ago if you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all. And in this column I can't say anything nice

Inconvénients

Lying, backstabbing people. You only make commission and you only get that if you hit ridiculous targets that the company comes up with. Otherwise they pay slightly above minimum wage....slightly. Management says one thing and does another.

Avantages

Procom offers a lot of autonomy as long as you’re performing, which makes a big difference in day-to-day job satisfaction. There are also opportunities to get involved in projects outside your core role if you’re proactive. The company is clearly investing in the future—there’s a strong push toward AI adoption and a willingness to spend on technology to stay competitive. The people are genuinely great to work with, and the environment feels stable even while the company continues to grow. New leadership has brought a fresh, energetic perspective that’s exciting to see.

Inconvénients

Growth opportunities can vary depending on the department. In some areas, there may be limited upward mobility unless roles open up.
