Mostly full coverage for all types of benefits. Fairly good as minimum copay when using services and the insurance is fully covered by employer.

The benefits do not cover a lot of essentials needed for regular medications

Could be better to match inflating rate on extended health care services. Positive: Sick Leave introduced this year

Now that we are still in COVID it's all remote work. Plans are in place for some sort of hybrid model when COVID is over. We have a pretty standard benefits package, health, and dental. Cover most health and dental expenses but limited in eye care. Con: Could use a better eye care plan.
