They schedule an interview, set up a time, then after confirming they cancel it with the claim that they "Have enough candidates that they'd rather interview instead". No reason given outside of that. This is likely more nonsense from the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion brigade who aren't interested in you if you seem too white, straight and male.

HM called for a quick phone screen. He said he would submit my application to a client for a contract position. As a general rule, I NEVER deal with staffing agencies as I find them unreliable. I told the HM this, but he assured me they were different. A week after he said he'd get back to me, there has been no communication.

This is a phone interview. The HR who connected with me asked a few questions related to my background. she is very nice, and we had a pleasure speaking. But after the interview, I didn't get any response. Overall, it is a nice experience.

Long interviews, nice people in the first two. Strange final interview with VP of Talent and didn't appreciate my questions about what they care about as a company. The impression was that they didn't feel any responsibility to environmental matters since they were a service business. Three interviews and then they ghosted probably because they realized we were not aligned and I wouldn't have accepted an offer. They need to be better informed.

It was a well-rounded, and exciting experience. The interviewers were highly respectful, inclusive and appreciative. The questions were highly relevant and well put. Instead of just a person analyzing your credibility, there were a group of experts engaging with you to determine if you are the best match for the organization.

Overall, I had 4 calls or video chats. The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, I had a call with them, then I had a call with the hiring manager, then video chat with the branch manager, and lastly, I had a video chat with a senior member of the team.

I was called by the TA Specialist, Process was quick, interviews were lined up quickly and all interviewers were very calm and patient. They listened and paid attention, shared important information about the role.

The Intervirewer checked your experience and asked about yourself and what you would like to do if you're in. The whole process is nice, professional and let you talk to your possible manager directly.
