Avantages
The company provides good opportunitues to grow and to move across teams. Large portfolio of offers that brings a good potential to reach customers.
Inconvénients
Some managers are not capable to work with people to motivate them properly. Bad work/life balance and although you work with technology solutions, internal teams are stucked with several operational problems that mislead you from the main focus: solve customer's problems. Some good opportunities to grow and to develop people are guided trough friendship / relationship instead of performance.
