Avantages
Good Benefits. Access to training programs. Great coworkers.
Inconvénients
Barriers. Very little concern for customers. Doing business with Oracle is very difficult. A lot of process that takes away from selling time. Failed implementations, no accountability with upper management. Customers refuse to pay and salespeople are suffer by not being able to scale territories and commission draw backs. ALOT of responsibility put on sales team- project management, helpdesk resolution, collections, ect....
