Great to see that you have touched on our customer centric approach, this is really important to us as the customer is always at the heart of everything we do and it is all about making those personal experiences that count. Flexibility to work from home has always been important us, none more so in these current times. Processes can be frustrating, we understand that, but as you say we are a big company and we need processes in place to make sure that we are operating as effectively as we can be.
