Management that back you and want you to succeed, a rare bend of people who are super smart but also personable and I've got to work an incredible project that's challenged me to stretch every day.
Inconvénients
I genuinely love this place - I waited a year to post to check it wasn't new joiner enthusiasm and it's not. I have no cons to give.

Avantages
I've work for O2 for nearly two years now and the learning adn development they offer is amazing, there is always something new to learn using the tools we are given. The pay and benefits that come with the job are good as well, plus they give a great work-life balance and also felexible working, if travelling, usually you will be given your time back depending on how busy your calendar is. Would 100% recommend O2 to a friend.

I don't think there are any cons for working at O2.

Avantages
As well as all the benefits you get alongside o2, they’re a company who are interested in you progressing with your future, with o2 or not. University always came first and my manager would back me all the way. They are flexible, and there’s not too much pressure to sell, they just want you to do your best and progress.
Inconvénients
Only downside in my store was there wasn’t much overtime, but that’s just because everyone would attend shifts

Avantages
Given lots of responsibility early on. Really good starting salary for Graduate Scheme with good off-boarding prospects. Very friendly colleagues to settle you in and help get a feel for business.
Inconvénients
Worst part is the location, travelling to Slough is horrible and costly on trains and traffic heavy by car. Equally, there is a QA qualification which is very work heavy and has little relevance to roles and actually puts a dampener on the Graduate experience. Furthermore you’re promised rotations but most directorates don’t allow you to rotate and graduates end up simply doing 1 role for 18/24 months.

Tailor qualification to relevant directorate with recognised organisation e.g. Digital Marketing course from Google or a HTML coding course from Codeacademy.
Allow graduates to move cross directorate to build personal profile and get a true feel for brand.
Have larger presence in North, allow more graduates to work from Leeds/Preston Brook.

- old fashion stores, old fashion equipments, old fashion uniform, it looks like a company from 1995.

Managers are always on your case if you dont sell or hit targets.
Used to be customer orientated but now its more on sales.
