Perspective commerciale
Avantages
higher than average pay, more stable than most commercial engineering outfits, wide variety of products/projects to work on if you're flexible. Depending on job/area/management relaxed dress code.
Inconvénients
Too many directors and VP's, there seems to be a VP for just about everything. HR has way too much power and no technical background making their judgement of promotions/hiring/growth relegated to excel spreadsheets. Benefits are pathetic but company says they are "industry standard". Coorporate says they are "going to change culture" for the last 5 years but have never actually taken steps to implement a change, corporate culture is from late 80's.
