Good salary and benefits . Nice working space. Flexibility.

Inconvénients

Very slow pace. Impossible to take any decisions as they always need everybody to agree to everything before making a move. This makes it very difficult to innovate.

You're right, our culture is built on collaboration and sometimes it takes time to make the right decisions. But good point on being bold and making faster decisions, we are all trying to balance the right approach.
