Avantages
1. Healthy and good place till 2008. 2. Have retained some legends who are working here for long time ... who are helping still the company. 3. Short term Onsite assignments. 4. Project events and parties were good till few years back. 5. Other facilities like food, transportation and snacks are good till 2009.
Inconvénients
1. Manager is the person who decides everything like Panchayat leader. HR is just a mouth piece of the manger. 2. Relocation policies are just a eye wash there and the work 'transperancy' is to be replaces by 'politics/recomendation'. 3. Lots of recruitment with no willing to hold old employess. 4. Employees are getting onsite relocations only if they are quitting company and company is finding tough to hire people for that area from outside.
