Matching RRSP contribution to 6%. Vacation compensation is only 3 weeks. Bonus is only 3-4%.

Good Heath package, RRSP matching with a limit, Eyeglass coverage - $250 every two years. all effective after 3 months. About the industry standard these days.
Good private medical/dental plan. Big plus is 6 out of 15 sick days are officially family sick days, which is great when kids are sick, no need to worry. Passable performance bonus and average total yearly vacation time.
