      Big company with good employees care and clear strategy

      Almost all management is from Israel. huge bureaucracy and long terms of all approval procedures.

      Avantages

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
