      Avantages

      Some employees have a chance to experience multiple ways to deliver services and complex customers anywhere in the world. The induction program was very good when I did it.

      Inconvénients

      Well there has been a few personal development opportunities concerning external studies. May be there should be more of these available.

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
