      Avantages

      Healthcare was okay. Flexible work environment. Frequent team events. Holidays were okay. There were no procedural delays

      Inconvénients

      But very poor salary and also poor increment. Bonus was non-existent. Also not a lot of scope to learn. Basically stuck at same job doing over and over again.

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
