      Avantages

      Salary is ok. Benefits are quite good.

      Inconvénients

      No respect for employees at all. Layoffs continually being threatened. Management doesn't care about work/life balance. Career dead end. All they care about is how many overtime hours you put in and not pay you for them.

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
