      Avantages

      You will work a lot and learn a lot about telecommunication industry. Good place to start career with, but beware to stay here too long.

      Inconvénients

      Too much work with a little of recognition. A lot of politics. Very often projects are performed in the mode of 'crisis mitigation'.

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
