      1. Great industry to work in, some of the best minds around. 2. Can go all over the world. 3. Can propose lot of ideas and pet projects.

      Inconvénients

      1. Middle level management incompetent 2. Too many changes all the time. 3. Is over hiring these days in Pune.

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
