      Avantages

      Very diverse, a lot of opportunity to travel internationally as well as great employee development plan.

      Inconvénients

      Not much to complain about so far except a slight lack of fame/recognition from the general public and other industries.

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
