      Avantages

      Salary is decent for all levels. Entry level salary is good and work culture is good. India local management tries very hard. Big Company, so more opportunities. Travel opportunities for people exist in some areas.

      Inconvénients

      Too much centralized control and changes. Work Life Balance Problems in many areas. Potential for growth limited.

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
