      Avantages

      Good to start career with an MNC provide a great opportunity to learn different aspect of software industry. Have a good pay package.

      Inconvénients

      technology learning is limited as u will be working on amdocs tool which will be limited to amdocs only.No proper time line

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
