      -Smart co-workers -Good pay/benefits - Interesting projects to work on - Ownership of important processes and reports for entry level - Impressive on resume - Stock (while it is going up) - Good experience - Very innovative company - Team rotations every 1-2 years

      Inconvénients

      - Long hours - Very high expectations. Very hard to stand out. - Hit or miss middle management - Completely responsible for your own career. Very few formal trainings and development opportunities - Limited promotional opportunities. Company values managers more than analysts and it is very difficult to work your way up to management from analyst (non-MBA) roles.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
