      constantly bumping against deadline. company focus is narrow, difficult to expand your breadth. high cube, lack of open floor plan.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Avantages

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Inconvénients

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
